is-style-section_ttl\"><strong>TRT Running Club<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Australian junior runners from TRT running club in Sydney, Australia, traveled to Tokyo for a running experience.<br>They raced a track race in Setagaya, Tokyo, and joined the Tokai university Ekiden team, Tokyo agriculture university Women&#8217;s team, and Numban Rengo club sessions during the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div l-article\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-section_ttl\"><strong>Harry Summers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Australian Elite runner Harry Summers joined one of Japan&#8217;s highest level 10000m races in 2017.<br>He entered in the fastest heat comprised of mostly Kenyan runners and clocked the time of 28&#8217;23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img distance teams. on warm-up stretches and running drills designed to build strength, improve form, and prevent injuries.<br>I also taught how to conduct proper interval training and ran alongside the students during
